So i have decided to turn my new-found skill at blogging into a fitness diary to help me keep motivated. At the moment, my highly un-desirable measurments are are as follows:
Weight 96kg
Gut 105cm
My goals for the next 4-6 months are to change those figures to something resembling
Weight 80-85kg
Gut 85-95cm
(Plus get some muscle tone, but this is not a priority at the moment...)
These are pretty ambitious figures but im just getting so tired of having no energy/stamina, plus it would be nice to find out if i was actually born with abs because i sure havent seen them.
Im gonna try and post every week or so, that way i can stay on top of what im doing and finally get fit like ive been trying to do for years.

ReplyDeleteI've started a healthy diet and try to go on a decent jog/run every couple of days.
well i live 3 mins from my gym so im trying to get there as much as possible, my personal trainer recommended every second day to give my muscles a chance to recover. i do an hour workout every time im there (half hour cardio, half hour weights), and im trying as hard as i can to eat as healthily as posible, going to subway instead of maccas, but also eating at home as much as possible, eating fresh fruit and vegetables with each meal where possible... in answer to ur question, no i dont have a "plan" as such, just doing as much as i can when i can really :)
ReplyDeleteSounds awesome. The calorie counter/meal watcher I have on my phone judges me when I eat fatty foods, which has altered my habits already. If you have a smart enough phone I highly recommend it. It also tracks your exercises + etc.
