week 2

Not a whole lot has changed yet really, I'm feeling a whole lot better having completely changed the way i eat, and cutting down on the amount of times i eat in a day... my arms are still caning from the other day when my PT forced me to do two sets each of push-ups and sit-ups (which is ok cos she's all kinds of hot hehe)

My weight and gut are still the same as far as the measuring tape and scales are concerned, but Ive been noticing that my jeans don't feel as tight as they were before i started this, could be my imagination, who knows, but I definitely THINK i feel a change.
