Ok, we'll call this week 6...ish

Just when i thought no-one was following me on here, im informed i have a fan, so i have decided to keep this going.

I am currently exausted after taking several steps back in my healthy eating progress at alex's party, but other than that ive been making steady progress =). Since completing my four gruelling personal training sessions, ive gained a good base knowledge on how to use most of the machines, and im now doing a hybrid mix of the drills i learned from her in the beginning when i created my program, and what i learned to do during the other sessions.

Im constantly pushing myself harder and further with each of the exercises, especially on the bike. when i first started i struggled to finish 10 mins on level 5 (a fairly easy level) to completing 10 mins with relative ease on level 8, and i'll be upping that to 9 next time i go.  

Enjoying the progress im making though, my body is becoming more toned (less flab to grab) and im increasing muscle mass at a steady rate. Also, IVE LOST A BELT SIZE!!! My legs and arse are also slightly smaller too which is good because thats where i wanna lose the most amount of flab from.

My size and weight stats are still the same as when i started, but thats mostly because im gaining muscle as im losing body fat, but it would be nice i guess to lose the weight i set out to lose (im still aiming to lose 5-10kg in the 3-5 months i have left of my original deadine. The thing thats bugging me though is that my gut isnt getting any smaller. Im doing lots of stomach related exercises but thats workiing to build my abs, not burn the fat covering them. A minor frustration, but its definetly got me wondering.
