I think i may have over-done it today. I did my usual routine at the gym, and then went to kilsyth pool to do laps (i did 6, yay! lol) but im paying the price. Not only is my skin copying the consistancy of sandpaper, but my abs are fucked, and im so tired im actually having trouble typing this!
I have decided that the swimming is too good a work-out to stop at this point, but i think i may alternate and do each on a seperate day because doing both is too much for me at the moment.
